EAT AT THE GEORGE & DRAGON
Here at the George & Dragon Inn we pride ourselves on the quality of our tasty, fresh food. But don’t just take our word for it come along and try it for yourself. After all it was a hit with Jamie Oliver when he was filming in South Yorkshire and he was happy to let people know about it.We have a regular menu available, plus our daily specials displayed on chalk boards above the bar.
The specials vary each day, depending upon the availability of ingredients and are available on a first come, first served basis. This means that when it’s gone, it’s gone.
All meals are freshly prepared to order so you can relax and soak up the atmosphere while you wait.
Roast dinners are provided for Sunday lunchtimes.
We also provide Christmas lunches, but be warned, you will need to book early.
Childrens' meals are also available.
